Second of all, anyone who has watched this stock is aware that no matter what the news is, no matter how good it is, the stock gets pressured downward.

I applaud the management for keeping its cards close to its vest. The only "right" that shareholders have is to sell if they are disgruntled. I can't understand why anyone would hold stock in a company if they don't trust the management to do what is best for the company and the shareholders, especially when the management are the biggest shareholders in the company.
