Well I think we'll know if the deal is dead by Dec 31. They haven't paid yet and there is no guarantee that will pay at all . Let's not pretend this isn't bad because it is. They are obviously having trouble raising the money. If they couldn't get it done in 1.5 months what makes you think they can get it done in 1.5 weeks?
