If I was running the company, my goal would be to get the NASDAQ uplist and hold above the $4 SP. He could watch the share price and hold back any catalysts with PRs until that price gets threatened again. If he sees downward pressure on SP, then drop an announcement on BLA filing for HIV for any country, Longhauler trial, or the Phillippines application for EUA.
