GESI CUSTODIAN....
If you and your inside pals are going to continue to violate the Securities Exchange Act 10b-5 and 10b5-1.......
then I make 2 suggestions...
1) If you are going to prop it up with a inflated pps...set the pps at $25 !!!!
2) Bring GESI current with filings and remove the STOP SIGN!!!!
Nothing else will suffice....if you are going to continue to violate Rule 10b-5 and 10b5-1......trading a security of a company making NO MATERIAL filings....and that is NOT CURRENT.....then do it with some balls!!!
Quit fkin around whomever you are...someone may contact the SEC if shit doesnt improve FAST!!
