Did anyone see the second form D filed? Is that like payment shares to a vendor or maybe the scientific advisors we are working with?

"Offering related to the issuance of stock options to accredited investors to acquire 350,000 shares of common stock, at an exercise price of 3.36 per share, issued for compensatory purposes to service providers to the Company"

Nothing alarming, just curious. Not sure anyone here would actually know without having some inside company info.
