Yes, that is the current value. If you name that time value, I agree.
I don't want to call that actual value though, as it is obvious that the toxic stocks issued for the convertible bonds put very, very strong pressure on the PPS and thus greatly distort the real value of PCTL.
Therefore, the current prices are absolute buying opportunities that I
consistently use.
Hence I say that PCTL is very severely undervalued with current rates. It won't stay that way forever. PPS will once again experience a time when it will be overrated. That's how it is with the stock market.
