I can't imagine starting a trial for a Covid vaccine wouldn't be considered a material event.

Heck, they announced they were doing a Pre-IND packet. Can't imagine missing the marketing opportunity in starting a trial for a "complete vaccine".

I would love for it to being done and the market to be surprised by a completed trial with good results. That would be a shocker.
