Philippines is a potential customer because their government has ordered their FDA to approve therapies if they show any effectiveness as long as they are safe. It isn't about studies being done in the Philippines or Ecuador for that matter.
There are a lot more shares coming onto the market for GNBT based on what I have been told. A LOT MORE. Is it an insurmountable amount? I don't know. Guess we'll find out in the coming months.
