A quick sale of Cytodyn's entire stock of Leronlimab to the Philippines would be a serious mistake in my opinion but I am beginning to realize that won't happen. At least some sort of export license would be required and it would never be approved. If it were, then our FDA approval would be in grave peril.
No, I think the best sale of Cytodyn's present stock of Leronlimab should be to OWS with no strings (for Cytodyn) attached.
Right now, this should be offered by Cytodyn. It would help us in so many ways. No bad feelings are created, OWS could take us up on the offer, Cytodyn could do the next buy from Samsung of new batches of Leronlimab - everyone would be happy. OWS might even pitch in with manufacturing and distribution on our terms.
An offer would just be an offer. Cytodyn, let's see what they say?
