Potential problems with this strategy.
1) UNVC might uplist to NASDAQ before you bought back your shares.
2) When buying back shares you reset the clock in terms of having to hold them for one year to get the lowest capital gains tax rate. Shares held less than one year are taxed as ordinary income (= much higher taxes).
