Yes, AE was wholly owned, not anymore. Therefore the deals would provide NGIO with the money they need, but GNBT is taking the middle man position. So the shares of NGIO that you and I and all the others own, how do we know NGIO is getting all the funds from those deals. They should have been deals with NGIO since it is their product.
