I chose my words poorly. I apologize, as I did not intend to present my position as an indictment. Waiting until some of the wrinkles are solved is quite reasonable. Certainly it matters how prone one is to hypersensitivity, what one's risks are for severe covid and how well one is able to safely isolate from infection.

For those who are comfortable with and have a small risk of severe covid, then waiting is reasonable.

In the larger sense, I worry that too many will dismiss these excellent vaccines for very small risks. There are very many severe and deadly reactions yearly to antibiotics, yet as we are accustomed to antibiotics, they engender little to no discourse.
