I have twice first time I was pissed because I told my sister about their gummies so she ordered them, she never got them she called the company, emailed and never got a reponse, well I was upset because i was sorry I told her. After I fumed for a while I found his email address and let him have it. The very next morning he mailed me back apologizing for the companys responce. He then asked for my sisters name and address. In two days she received her gummies and a gift sports mug from the company. So I got to say he did good for me and made the company look a little better.
