It doesn’t make any sense to say they are independent of each other. Perhaps after a spin out occurs when NGIO isn’t financially dependent upon Generex. It’s Joe, Rich, Eric, Craig Eagle and Jason moving the AE37 and Covid platform forward. They are spinning it out but until that time it’s dependent upon Generex. I know you’re upset with Joe, but even the 50% swipe sounds forced.
