other than some ppls misunderstanding of how a possible biden presidency may affect ZN i dont see any reason for the free fall to ca .60 - no new news or filings
so i bought more at .61 assuming it would soon turnaround
other possibilities - big boys may have insider knowledge of some possible sec move emboldened by what the sec believes will be a biden presidency hostile to the stock market and companies- from my knowledge of the law and zn i dont believe the sec can do anything except a civil charge against an individual officer -there is no criminal intent anywhere-and the sec investigation do to the usual anti- christian "whistle blower" common to good companies was launched over 2 or 3 years ago
or sometimes a big seller will mistakenly enter a market order instead of limit order
by the time i write this its back to .68
