Someone is selling NI, if it is BIEL needing cash to manufacture to fill large orders I am down with it.
If it is a convertible debt holder converting to sell shares not so much.
There has only been one large conversion in the last 9 months per the Q3 Disclosures. James Eason, 629 million shares, on 7/27/2020.
