Yeah, that's what I saw too, that it appeared to be amended to take effect 12/2 instead of Jan 1 but our PR today said that "we will be filing as soon as the new order is implemented by the Philippines FDA."
Do you think that means the delay from 12/2 until implementation is due to bureaucratic paperwork, or time for their FDA to be ready to implement the changes or (I hope it's not) misspeak in the PR? I may be wrong, but I get the feeling President Dutuerte exerts too much control to have his orders wait for official procedures but maybe the shott time between the initial and revised orders was too short for their FDA to be ready.In that case they could be ready any day.
