It would seem to me that the reason would be that more people die after 42 days than after 28, that some people hang on and try to fight for longer. (So sad to think about.)

But as long as you think Nader can change the trial design and add the 42 days if needed, it shouldn't be a problem, right?

As an aside: I like your posts. I don't think they are negative, but they are down-to-earth and realistic.
