No curves or spins involved with my posts, just facts. The DSMC recommended reviewing data at 42 days for a reason. NP has heralded the DSMC as being on CYDYs side and having the company’s best interests in mind, so that recommendation by them was in the best interest of the trial. The 42 day analysis has apparently been canceled and I’m simply pointing out there may be an issue with that. I don’t know why the 75% interim analysis couldn’t still take place in the event that 42 day mortality was better than 28 mortality and the DSMC could recommend changing the primary endpoint. Again, I didn’t create a fictional recommendation by the DSMC, it’s out there in a PR for all to read.
