Look at Section 11.. it says it all... we can file tomorrow if we use CD-10 and EIND. Update them on CD-12 as we go. Maybe give them interim results if possible and unblinding doesn’t hamper us in anyway.
They changed their hole process to get in the game earlier for us and maybe some others that haven’t received a USA FDA EUA.
