KRR, thanks for the link. I search for Generex under the main page and this is against Generex and Nugenerex Distribution Solutions, not Nugenerex Immuno-Oncology, hence why it was removed from the NGIO 10Q.
So they are saying they did not get the entire $1M and $1.4M they were supposed to get. They were issued stock for partial payment, but not whole payment. And they claim they met the "Earn Out Bonus" too, which I don't know how since there were almost no earnings.
