I can't imagine it was resolved. And the only way to resolve it, with no money, is to give more stock. Since the NGIO stock section still says 400,300,000 then I assume they did not get NGIO stock. I wouldn't think they would take GNBT stock since that is the source of the legal proceeding. Maybe we will see when the GNBT 10Q comes out today/tomorrow hopefully.
