Pokey, that is a VERY GOOD QUESTION. This is like our president Trump, telling TikTok they are no longer going to be allowed in the US unless they get a US partner, and then saying the US gov't brokered the deal and should be paid handsomely for this. NGIO should be going into these deals, not GNBT. Yes, GNBT owns the substantial portion of NGIO, but NGIO owns the technology.

But if GNBT is acting as a broker of sorts or supplying supply logistics, etc then there should be a % due to GNBT.
Side note this is why I don’t like the same management team running both ships.
