Thank you for the information. The question that remains is if CYDY will use the Cox model or go for only the 28 day data. It would seem prudent to do both the 28 day and 42 day analysis as the DSMC made the recommendation. That wouldn’t necessarily delay the release of data as CYDY could PR the 28 day data first, if it meets the primary endpoint. Although 42 days is not an endpoint in the trial design and only a recommendation by the DSMC, if mortality is reduced at 42 days, I can see an EUA being granted for that.
