Just an observation from the warrant trading.
There may be some buying of VERB stock with (near) simultaneous selling of the warrants to effectively lower the cost of the shares.....much akin to selling a covered call. This has the effect of keeping the price of the warrants down (selling pressure) while the price of the stock rises. It also keeps the spread substantial as some see value in the warrants as a leveraged instrument and are willing to pay up.
So if you have a hankering to own more warrants one might be successful at buying with patience and a low bid.
For what it is worth....
