I believe they would need register Trial 1 results (Pfizer and Moderna did) and I believe Joe said they could skip animal trials but I left them in):
Here's what I got (I think) starting from Oct 12 (Monday after 8k with Bintai):
Task 3 Oct 12 - Oct 30
Task 4 Nov 2 - Nov 13
Task 5 Nov 16 - Nov 20
Task 6 Nov 23 - Dec 4
Task 7 Dec 7 - Dec 25
Task 8 Dec 28 - Feb 19 Phase III
Didn't account for holidays ... but definitely slows things down. I know Joe mentioned identifying a number of potential antibody (Task 3) during one of his interviews ... would have to dig through to see if was in early november interview.
