it will be interesting to see with P2O's first sale (and with blending site for sale/sold)
*if* NF is re-activated .. or instead .. one of P2O's .. other options .. comes into play
i've noted .. since blending site was first offered for sale .. that *imo* other options would be considered versus re-activation of NF facility
there are at least 3 other options (possibly 4) that come to mind
NR (non retail) has 11 years and 100 Million reasons for *remaining* interested in all aspects of P2O/PTOI
