Pure manipulation. I bought shares in the middle of that, at about half a minute after 12:58. I did not get that price, my shares traded as if that did not occur. Someone elsewhere said they were VWAPs. But, if that was what they were, they were done early in a manipulative manner. Those "trades" depressed the share price in the last minute of trading. Doesn't what they did amount to a form of painting the tape?
