ICD-10 codes are new each January.
New in 2021 are the E/M codes for outpatient visits.
New in 2022 will be ICD-11.
Tweaks are made to the codes every year. Some are bigger than others, depending on one's field and specialty.
I don't believe they come out during the year very often, if at all.
