Below is the patent that blafarm is referring to. Some believe that the filing of this patent by Incelldx in June of 2020 is what led to the breakdown in the relationship between the 2 companies. There’s been no PR by Incelldx signaling this patent has been approved. I believe CYDY filed a similar patent a month or two later, but now I cannot locate that information, so I might be mistaken (maybe it’s in the 10K?).
