It appears the EO by Duterte has been officially ratified since Dec. 2. I wonder why NP on Dec. 10 did not know this and commented that Cytodyn would apply for EUA once the EO was official, perhaps in a couple of weeks. I guess that's just SOP for NP, always "couple of weeks."
