Yes we still need to see the fine print of the merger and how the LAHO shareholders will get blended into the overall deal.
We need to know what % of our LAHO shares will we be retaining.
(the word on the street is 73%)
We need to know what restrictions are going to be placed on them. I.E. when will we be able to sell the newly converted shares.
(the word on the street is 6 months from the time the merger is completed)
Per the 10k, the merger is to be completed prior to 1/16/2021.
