Dividends: Love Nader or hate him, he has a propensity to spitball ideas (timelines, trial approaches, etc) to shareholders before he should. The obvious question for the next call is: “the concept of dividends has been brought up by management in previous calls. Has this topic been discussed by the board and what was their decision?” If the board hasn’t discussed it don’t count on it.
