IMO, nothing could be more difficult then a loss of a son/daughter, that’s literally part of you...
a bond of epic proportions..IMO.. it’s different then a friend/uncle/grandmother even our beloved mother, I truly had one of the best, far from perfect, but a pure heart she had.. but to lose a son, thankfully I can sympathize and not empathize. I have two beautiful sons myself and can only teach what I can and pray for the rest, and let them I know I got their back at a drop of hat, then they must spread their wings and be their own man, sorry rambling on here, be good...
