I believe now after examining some other thought floating around. The Texas case was a shot across the bow. The Supreme court explained why they didn't take it. It wasn't on the merits. It was how it was represented to the court.

IMHO...come 14 December 2020 anyone that touched this is going down.
I see Trump made December 24th a Federal Holiday. 23rd is probably the last work day for a while for non essential personnel. cough cough ...lol
