I found this graph of PRO140 concentration relating to inhibition (ug/mL) from this Dr. Madden brief:

I'm figuring they went with an efficient/effective concentration of about 10ug/mL.
This is where I'm going into a vacuum of knowledge not knowing how mABs are produced...maybe blafarm or other knowledge people can chime in.
