As discussed previously I believe we are beyond the immediate Buyout scenario.....Too much on the indications table...and partitioning has been tabled as well ..but, summarily dismissed....everything I've seen of late has been positive....ultimately,.. It's only those that realize the potential that will ride out any fear of a storm...
