I'd even opine that the vaccines won't actually make any significant impact to the infection rate until at least July 2021.
The reason I say this is because the majority of the US won't have access to the vaccine until May/Jun...then add at least 28 days for effectiveness.
On an exponential scale, adding three months will be devastating.
