The piolt would wave every weekend as they flew by. They were never armed on their training missions. F-16 are a 2 person plane. Only pilot on board in this downing. Only time they fly with one is if they were scrambled to respond to a threat Some suggest Military troops were spotted and reported in the UP of Michigan. Report say pilot killed. I find that hard to believe unless in combat.
