Good Morning All. I agree with the sentiment regarding Dalton and Univec. Investors have every right to be disappointed with the communication from Dalton, and the declarative statements that this or that is fact and will be done. That said, we should keep in mind that we now have information direct from bioRemedies MD that one or more products will be available for sale after the New Year. We also have confirmation that products utilizing the Univec patch have been developed and tested in conjunction with the University of Maryland. Furthermore, I confirmed this information via an independent third party. This means we have more concrete information than we ever had before. Dalton is truly the master of distraction --- always suggesting the shiny object over here when he is in fact actually doing something over there.
What do we need now? The financials are obvious, but additional information regarding these new products must also be learned. For example: will these products have the Univec name on them? Will we (Univec) receive a royalty or some sort of revenue from them? How will people learn about these products? Will there be a marketing campaign? If there is a marketing campaign, how big will it be and what geographic area will be involved?
Finally having a product is an important development, but is this all Dalton was waiting on? Dalton could have had products a full year ago, but failed to follow up with the offer. This setback is on the heels of a prior full year delay while waiting for Sterling Crockett to get his operation going --- an utter failure by the way that cost us over a year. It is my hope we learn the answer to these questions in the next few weeks. Further communications from Dalton would be helpful.
