Licensing, the reagents are only the building blocks, R&D costs will still be necessary to develop an assay by whatever company pursues it. The market for that assay is not huge; Orion, Phizer, Takeda and the recent entry BMS are the only companies beside CYDY that would be customers, that I know of.
