The Vancouver-based company, which is working with Eli Lilly & Co. LLY, -0.60% on a COVID-19 therapy, said it is offering 23 million shares in the IPO, which is expected to price between $14 and $17 a share, which means the company could raise as much as $391 million. The company expects to have 265.95 million shares outstanding after the IPO. The shares are expected to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "ABCL." Credit Suisse, Stifel, Berenberg, SVG Leerink and BMO Capital Markets are the underwriters. For the nine months ended Sept. 30, the company reported net income of $1.9 million on revenue of $25.2 million, after a loss of about $570,000 on revenue of $8.4 million in the same period a year ago.
