I agree, looks like eagle may be the reason. They have a lot of government contract and Myvax and them signed on to the whole city of Miami. Something like that requires performance bonds not many would trust a OTC company. I believe telehealth is the honey pot. With DOC government connections and a 1000 clinics can be a big boy without very little marketing.
