That's some short term thinking on your part. What's the revenue of Cytodyn with a BP partnership, what is it without?
For mild/moderate if the FDA says no even before you file the chance of approval approaches 0. What is the effect on share price if we were turned down? We file elsewhere with more open versions of the FDA, problem solved.
