Ohm20, I can't imagine Patterson not getting good receptor occupancy data. I can believe that he used tests that the FDA was not familiar with or the data was presented in a way FDA reviewers couldn't understand.
It is also hard to believe that the data Patterson got couldn't be massaged into a format that the FDA would accept. Is the FDA so unwilling to looking at test data in a novel way?
Patterson's data just can't be displayed on their old Windows XP spreadsheets? What is it? Would a technology interpreter be able to speak FDA?
