My perspective of this is to protect the little guy. These scumbags run rampant in the market knowing that nothing is going to happen to them. If Minns and Steve win this case it sends a very strong message to those that there are serious consequences financially at stake for them. The fact that they are now going for treble damages looks very positive in my opinion.
