I think there are 2 things here:
1) IF the vaccine is still moving forward, then there is no harm done by this lack of vaccine information, other than added stress in the short term.
2) There isn't necessarily a tie between the peer review and the NGIO listing. Those could certainly be separate items, where NGIO list moves forward, and vaccine peer review comes out after, supporting the list price and drawing attention. Also keep in mind that the peer review could already be months into the process.
