Thanks chuckles....the DPA act talks about the acceleration of production... prioritizing gov. contracts.....stopping foreign investment and mergers/acquisitions by foreign powers....etc. establishing consensual agreements .with the private sector...I see nothing that prevents us from selling to a foreign power...this act doesn't STOP us from selling..all morality aside....
