Ohm20, if the government "steps in" instead of being asked in, they can seize control of Cytodyn's intellectual property and dictate its use!

Someone made a good contribution on this aspect in discussing the terms of other pharmas with OWS. I can't steer anyone to that discussion, unfortunately.
