Agree. NP is just the middle man here in this case. He got the result form whoever is doing the test and present it to FDA. If FDA said it is not done correctly then it is not done correctly. Period. Unless, NP is the one who rolls up his sleeve and does the testing himself, I dont see the logic of blaming him on the test result.
